Added a bunch of new features:

1. Update checking. The update checker, if enabled in the config, will notify you when new versions of the plugin are available for download on Bukkit Dev.

2. Message timer to send the donation message at configurable intervals

3. Complete re-code to neaten up the code and shrink file size.

From testing it appears that the update checker displays a message that an updated version of the plugin is available even though there isn't. If this is an actual bug, I will quickly fix it in an update :) Please submit a ticket to let me know if this is an actual bug :)
