    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Upload file
    2.Delete file (There was a name error)
    3.Re upload

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I got told to change my file name.
    But I had no Idea how to do that so I deleted my file
    And uploaded it to find out that I can't see it if I log out
