Added rotation support for the following 

• Jungle Wood Stairs
• Nether Brick Stairs
• Purpur Stairs
• Red Standstone Stairs
• Smooth Stairs (Stone)
• Spruce Wood Stairs

Fixed a bug where someone could break the block behind the licence sign (this would not remove the ships licence but would destroy the sign)

Fixed a bug where WaterShip could move in air if built outside of water or going down a waterfall

Removed the ability to create a ship with no name
