I think this would be a fantastic way to increase a player's inventory space without resorting to banks, backpacks, etc.

Using the scroll ability, you could access additional rows of virtual inventory space quickly and easily!  A toggle would allow you to choose whether to affect your hotbar or not. (One way would function as it does now, the other toggle would leave your hotbar alone and just scroll your inventory.)

Permissions to give different players different amounts of additional rows would be a great as well: (Donate x to receive 2 additional rows of inventory space! xx to receive 3!, etc).

This could become a must-have plugin!

I see the problem there that it will be very messy, you don't know which rows you have, you might forget where you have your items and there is no way to display that you have some more rows somewhere... I guess this would be confusing, though I think it is a great idea. I'll see what I can come up with! Thanks!
