adds command
the command /pk leave is now /pk quit
just neaten things up
signs don't work (but I am fixing them asap)
made it more colourful
remove the code for the signs

also pk.user will let the group that has it the view the join and leave commands

removed the sign code again =(

this is a beta build for perms and some new things soon

I have added some perms (pk.create and that is so you can create the parkour
soon adding (pk.*)

adding a GUI is works but no commands are added to the GUI

removes the GUI till i can get working i hope
