Added /gift hand and /trade hand to Gift/Trade the item being held. Allows for trading of damaged and enchanted items!
Fixed potential problems with accept, deny and cancel in /gift and /trade.
Vault's latest public release on BukkitDev doesn't support the new wooden planks. This means that when trading or gifting the new planks, an Internal error will occur. The transaction should still be able to run, but the player will not receive any visual input besides an Internal error report.
To fix the problem, If you have an IDE you can go to Vault's Git (https://github.com/MilkBowl/Vault), Download the source code, drag it into your IDE and build it there. Then drag your compiled code to your plugins folder. If this is done, The new wooden planks should work correctly.
Alternatively, You can wait for the Authors of Vault to release version 1.2.14, Which will support the new blocks.
