What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Option to only let specific people see who is being ranked. (Permissions maybe?)
Option that only announces to the person that had their rank changed and the person that changed their rank about it.
Only they should be able to see that.

Please provide any additional information below.
For the Permission one, maybe have a permission like srpex.seechange.me and srpex.seechange.others.
srpex.seechange.me - Only those people will be able to see when their rank got changed
srpex.seechange.others - They will be able to see when other's rank is changed.

Maybe have it in the config also
broadcast-rank-change: true <--- True: Shows the change in rank
----------------------------------------False: Does not show rank change to anyone
global-see-change: true/false <--- True: Everyone sees the rank change of everyone else and permissions-see-change is ignored
-----------------------------------------False: Based off permissions-see-change
permissions-see-change: true/false <--- True: People with the permission can see who's rank is changed
------------------------------------------------False: Only Person who's rank is changed can see it

I might add this if it seems to be of a popular demand. I might add it anyway. I think broadcasting to the whole server should be fine though, so it is very possible I won't add the feature unless I see good reason to.

Mainly, I don't have time to make many changes besides updating it to work with the latest RB. Sorry if this is something you would really like, but I don't have the time to, so I'm not going to do it unless I fell that it is necessary to get the best experience from the plugin.

I understand. If you are already too busy to add some more things, I can understand on why you won't take extra time to add something to the plugin that isn't as essential.. I am thankful that you at least updating your plugin.

But if you ever happen to have some extra time that you wouldn't mind, I would actually not mind to have this. Of course, it isn't necessary to have this in the plugin for my server, but just a nice feature to have.
