Fixed a crash when a player set's their health above their maximum health.
Added shorthand aliases (EXAMPLE: /sh does /sethealth)
Added /gethealth, /getmaxhealth, /getfood, /geteffects.

/gpe <player> gets your effects
A lot of "please enter an amount " bugs
Setting the health of a non-existant or offline player throws an error
