Remove commands /godon /godoff to /god <on/off> <TargetPlayer>
Added new commands and the permssions to that:
- /pm <TargetPlayer> <Message> - Send a private message.
          - command.pm
- /spawn /setspawn - Set spawn location, and teleport to them.
          - command.warp.spawn.spawn
          - command.warp.sapwn.other
          - command.warp.sapwn.set

Command: /pm only works on one word!

Commands: /fly, /unfly, does not work and warps write only in session, which means that the server overload warps to remove.
