Added sign teleport to spawn, you have to do it in the first line write [spawn].

Add file config.yml witch messages for command.

Command / kit can be used only once during a session.

Fixed commands /warplist /warps and some errors in the code.

Add command:
/motd

and the permission:
command.motd

Coomands: /fly, /unfly, does not work and warps write only in session, which means that the server overload warps to remove.
