This is a pretty big update, with added features of permissions.

For this update our config.yml has changed to add the new features of groups and permissions. You can save the messages delete the config file and then reload/restart the server or enter /reloadservercaster A new config file will be crated and you can paste the messages in there.

To have players receive broadcasts they need the permission ServerCaster.Messages (If you use groups pleas look inside the config.yml how to do the permissions for that)

• Totally redid the conversion engine. It should be more robust now.
• Using Fancylib repo now instead of static library
• Casts are now saved when casting, so next time that messages is cast it wont convert it anymore
