Bukkit

- Added a configuration file.

- Added a new permission node.

- Fixed an issue with spam clicking the block of a button sign.

- Changed how the 4th line of the sign is handled.

- Updated permission code.

This should work with all versions of craftbukkit including the latest and previous builds.
