    This is very useful to give flying a little more difficulty.

    Should be configurable, depend on speeds, also possible to just raise cost for lift and speed changes.

    Probably to be added:

    • Hunger cost.
    • Item cost.
    • Experience cost.
    • Economy plugin support.
    • Potion effects demanded to be present while flying.
