Just a bugfix release for the 1.5 update:

• fix inventory loss after loosing a game through snowballs lack
• fix snowballs loss, if shooting while game not started yet
• boat movement lock sometimes not working (/sb reset [name] already fixes that)
• add configuration for ammo sign usage count
• fix command blocking being still present after loosing a game through snowballs lack
