Bukkit

This is my last attempt on fixing the boat spawning issue. If it doesn't work for you after using this build, it could be one of these possible causes:

• bukkit bug
• wrong bukkit build
• other plugin preventing spawning
• flag preventing spawning
• misconfiguration
• lag

This bugfix tries the following:

• if a player moves in an arena and the game has started and the player is NOT in a boat -> log a message to the console and try to respawn a boat. This goes infinite until you reload/stop/restart the server, the game has ended, the player has finally got his boat or the player left the game.

Please send me your plugin list, if it doesn't work for you, maybe i'll find the problematic plugin. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this bug.
