ShowCaseStandalone is like ShowCase but without the dependancies, and a more efficient way to create shops. With SCS, you can buy, sell, and display items, which float above blocks. You can use most of the major economy and permissions plugins with this, along with some special options for Towny.

Development builds of this project can be acquired at the provided continuous integration server. These builds have not been approved by the BukkitDev staff. Use them at your own risk.

Metric

This plugin utilises Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:

A unique identifier
The server's version of Java
Whether the server is in offline or online mode
The plugin's version
The server's version
The OS version/name and architecture
The core count for the CPU
The number of players online
The Metrics version

Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

Put it in a restricted area. We're not going to get into locking showcases to specific groups/perms. Too much complication to what is supposed to be a simple plugin.

If you don't have an economy plugin, you don't have anything to buy/sell with. In that case, we use a dummy economy, which basically makes everything free.

@josip1

You need to look at your log. The specific problem will be indicated in there. Pastebin the log and showcases.csv and add the link to the ticket you created.

Is there a way to have private showcases? I want a specific rank to be able to use a specific showcase. Is this possible?

One dumb question - what is exactly a currency in this mod? :D Since my "servermates" are offline I can test selling and buying on myself, and I have no clue what am I buying for :D

Blame minecraft. Both items are identically named (clay 82 and clay 337). Use the "this" function (i.e., /scs sell this or /scs buy this)

@Pandalours This works on 1.2.5. I'm doing some bugfixes which is compiled against 1.2.5, but there shouldn't be a problem running the current version.

You have to add a shop first. Or create it on your own (ShowCaseStandalone).

/scs import showcase The showcase file has to be in der ShowCaseStandalone folder

Why does clay give me a clayblock? And also, why does it say "You dont have enough items" when I do /scs sell brick 1 7

Shops can only do one thing, buy or sell. Make two shops (one buy and one sell) if you need both.

It works for the latest version. If you're having an issue, make a ticket. Include a pastebin link to your log file, from start to finish. I can't do anything if you say it doesn't work without providing any additional information.
