ShowCaseStandalone is like ShowCase but without the dependancies, and a more efficient way to create shops. With SCS, you can buy, sell, and display items, which float above blocks. You can use most of the major economy and permissions plugins with this, along with some special options for Towny.
Development builds of this project can be acquired at the provided continuous integration server. These builds have not been approved by the BukkitDev staff. Use them at your own risk.

Metric
This plugin utilises Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

Posted Mar 20, 2012I'll change owner permissions to admin for the time being, and then we'll have to come up with a better way to allow a shop to change ownership. Uploaded b72 that changes owner command to scs.admin permission.

Posted Mar 19, 2012Please let me know if Im missing something, but I just had to pull this plugin for the following reason:
I have to give players scs.manage for basic shop upkeep like adding items and changing their prices. This perm also gives them /scs owner <owner>. Problem is one of my players just set up a shop to buy dirt for $1000 a piece, switched the owner to another player, then sold a ton of dirt to the showcase and bankrupted that player.
Is this an oversight on your part or is there a way to fix this that Im just missing?

Posted Mar 16, 2012If you're having ANY issue with permissions, and this includes left click or right click not working, please use Ticket 87 to report and communicate with me. If you do report, please keep checking back, since I have questions and need feedback.
In the meantime, if you are having permissions issues, please download this dev build. I've added some audit code to the permissions handler. Please run it, try to do whatever it is you were having issues with, then paste your complete log to the paste link above (top of page), and put the link to it in comments of Ticket 87.

Make a ticket, post the problem, post a link to your logs (you can use the paste function at the top of the page), post which economy plugin you're using, and post which permissions plugin you are using.

I'll look into bPerms, though I have no idea why its not working, unless there is something wrong with bPerms. We use default bukkit permissions (i.e player.hasPermission()), and if bPerms isn't returning the proper response, that's not our issue.

We do not have a way to convert from Showcase to our plugin. I'll take a look if it will be easy to do, but its low on the priority list.

We already discussed this point. It isn't possible without changing the userinterface, also it would get a lot more complicated. ;)
With "/scs owner <newOwner>" you can change the owner of a shop, in your case it would be a bank account or something like that.
