After restarting server scrolls stop working #1

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. create a scroll
    2. stop/start bukkit server
    3. try to right click scroll

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    It should teleport, but does nothing and there is no error message on server.

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.2 for bukkit 1.6.2

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I have tried with op users as well and scroll still does not work.

    Hmm. I tested it and it seems to work for me. Could you maybe make a video describing your actions?
