(!) Users of plshared/RSP/rbuy should update those too, uploads may have some delay (!).

• Don't test the economy at all if price is 0 (!).
• Update to RSP changes (needs update of RSP too, if used at all).
• Adjust to using UUID for PEX (adding permissions with town-claim).
• Some internal cleanup (softdepend, project folder structure).
• Release for 1.7.10, might work with any 1.7.x.

The zip contains an example configuration in use on one server it WILL need adaption most likely.

You have to put the example configuration into: plugins/SafeWGTool

Needs : WorldGuard, WorldEdit

Might have: plshared, RSP, rbuy

Should have: WGPFix (for pseudo creative regions piston abuse prevention!)
