Some hostile mobs spawning (Slime, Zombie Horde, Phantom) #1

    My issue is:

    Some hostile mobs still spawning. So far I have seen lots of Slimes (willage with a swampy area next to it). Zombie Horde (Consisting of ordinary Zombies, didn't notice any Zombie Willagers) near the same Willage and a Phantom flying in the sky,, All reasonably within the safe-area. (safe area is -1000 0 -1000 1000 255 1000 and willage is about 300,-260 (x,y) and Phantom was spotted at 600-700, -240 - -260

    Before I found this bug I:

    Created safe area mentione above. /sa-list gives:

    22.05 19:11:41 [Server] Server thread/INFO List of all safe areas:
    22.05 19:11:41 [Server] Server thread/INFO -1000 0 -1000 1000 255 1000'
