    Better & more configurable feature.

    More configurable prices?
    Example: Price per Block
                   Changable Multiplier

    Maybe you can add the same feature from the stick to the wooden_shovel and golden_shovel?
    It's easier to edit sub-zones and other zones if you see the border of the city.
