I believe your already alerted to this one but im making a ticket for reference.

Jackpot can be abused from protections like residence or factions or anything that has a protection.

Example: User finds a diamond ore that he does not have build/destroy permissions for in that region or residence or faction, ect. He mines away at it over and over to obtain as many diamonds as he wants since it keeps refusing him destroy perms in that spot.
