new permissions

• ra.run.other
  • Set the wakspeed for a other player.
  • Usage: /ra run <speed> <PlayerName>
  • Usage: /ra run default <PlayerName>
    • Run with default speed.

• ra.run.speed.all
  • Gives a player the permissions to run with a speed of 0-10 and let him set the speed to default.

• ra.run.speed.<speed>
  • Gives a player permissions to run with the specified speed.

• ra.run.notAllowedSpeed.<speed>
  • Takes a player the permissions to run with the specified speed.

• ra.run.notAllowedSpeed.default
  • Takes a player the permissions to set the walkspeed to default.

This version is written with Java7, compiled with Java5 and tested on a bukkit server running with Java7. We don't know whether it work with older java versions, try it out and enjoy it. :)
