The Semi-Complete Update

I apologize ahead of time for the fletching and archery skills being semi-complete, I don't have a version of 2.4.0b to fix the experience exploit directly. So I have to use the version containing the major update.

FIX: Experience exploit in worldguarded areas(i.e: event cancels and player still receives xp) FIXED IN 3.0.1
FIX: Using wood or planks in recipes would yield undesired recipes.
ADD: Arrow types
ADD: Arrow effects

WARNING

IF you are upgrading:
You will need to add new config values for EACH world to these skills:
archery.yml (add arrow effect properties and arrow properties)
flethching.yml (remove base experience. add level properties)
recipes.yml (add fletching)
OR
you can delete these aforementioned configs and have them regenerate.

• I will try to implement a way for the plugin to automatically add config values in future updates. Thank you for your patience.
