ADD: /rs scoreboard clear command | lets you clear the current scoreboard.
ADD: new farming blocks: sugarcane, nether warts, cactus, and mushrooms(not huge)
FIX: Melons and pumpkins not giving experience.
FIX: Few bug fixes.

WARNING there are a couple skill config values that need to be added manually OR delete the two skill config files from each world.

Cactus: 4
Nether_Warts: 4
Red_Mushroom: 8
Sugar_Cane_Block: 5
