It crashes per chunk. If you place a custom block on a chunk that doesn't have a custom block it crash once. After the crash you can continue to place more custom blocks on the same chunk without crashing.
But if you place a custom block on a chunk that doesn't have a custom block on it. You will crash again.

I'm not sure if it was fixed in version 1.2.10, but it will be fixed in 1.3 since I recoded the whole leveling system.

i signal you a litle "bug" there is no xp for the woodcutting when we woodcut with hand or when we woodcut an other tree then the other tree. Exemple : for woodcuting sapling : 0xp when cut

Yes they will spawn like ores and it will also be possible to spawn plants and trees.
In 1.4 there will be regenerating on specific regions, when specified block is destroyed in a specified region it wil respawn after X time

i understand the bug : when you place a block on X chunk, you crashe and everytime you reconect and place a other block on these chunks it dont crash, and that for every chunk

Very simple, place a safe somewhere, right click it. This is your bank. Only you can see your items. Type: /rnpc create Banker banker, to create a banker, richt click the banker. You can upgrade your store here. Don't want to use the safe? In the config.yml you can enable an option to let the banker open your bank account.
