[MOD] Enchantments separated from RPSG and placed in RPS E
[MOD] Principal command is now /rpg
[MOD] RPS G will now be an special part, a kind of centralised API in which you'll be able to plug RPS E, RPS P, and your own modifications! :) [FIX] A lot of major bugs
