What steps will reproduce the problem?
Whenever I type any kind of command like /rcp lock, /rcp unlock this message will appear.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is supposed to lock the chest but I get this error: An internal error occured while attempting to perform this command
What version of the product are you using?
I'm using the latest 1.6 version on my Minecraft bukkit 1.7.9 R02. I also have Java 8 installed.

Are you able to change your server to use the Bukkit release (bundled with Spigot) stated in the release notes and the description page? That should fix the issue. Please try it out, I'll change the status to waiting on this ticket. :)
