Residence
About
Residence is different from most protection plugins in that it aims for the users to be able to protect their own homes without having to bother the admin to do it. Residence has support for a variety of different protection types including preventing movement through areas, all of which can be configured by the land owner, and limited by the admin.

- Dynmap Residence - Dynmap plugin that shows residences on the webmap.
- ResExtras - Control snow, ice, animals, mobs, and more within a residence.
- Residence Fly - Controls flying within a residence. Leaving will cause a player to fall.
- Residence Signs - Easy buying/selling/renting with signs.
- ResTown - Controls which users can build outside of a residence.

UPDATE: Still doesn't work :( It is just the pex incompatibility? There aren't new perm nodes, are there?

Posted Feb 25, 2012Hm i keep getting the "internal error occured while performing this command" message when i try to do somethin D= tried disabling all plugins so just bukkit (latest version )and residence is runnin. Also tried setting legacy permissions to true , still nothin >_> Anyone knows what might cause that ?

Posted Feb 25, 2012A bug I found if you list a residence for sale on the market and you remove the residence (delete it) its still on the market place...but you can't buy it even.

I am using Essentials, none the less, I need Vault in order to get the Economy System working. I also need Residence to work properly. This is the developers issue, the question is who, Vault or Residence?

Rumer of what not being Updated? Vault? It was updated recently, Residence? It was updated just 93 minutes ago, just needs an approval for the new file. Assuming it fixes this issue. I doubt it. My server is using this plugins, changing two new ones is not an option at this time. Residence is much better than any other region type plugin. It works well with vault Economy system too. I just hope Bekvon knows how to fix this.

You do not have an issue you say? When you type /res limits, does it say the correct GROUP, for both Permissions and Residence Group? Because on mine, it says Permissions Group: User or Admin and Residence Group: Default. In addition, it ignores all flags that I have placed for each group. Users can use, container, or build, while Defaults can't use period. I have to do it all manually. Which i do not want to do.

I don't know if this helps you but currently no flags are working for me because for some reason all of my users are admins and I can't seem to find out how to take that away from them without being op and using commands for every residence created

Posted Feb 20, 2012Found the Culprit behind the Group Permissions Issue. It's VAULT! Removing VAULT fixes the Group Issue using Essentials and PEX but you lose Economy System, Adding VAULT fixes the Economy system, but you lose permissions. What a choice to make...gay. FIX IT
