What steps will reproduce the problem?
when in a res i can still use /fly command.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
that the /fly command is disabled when in a residence.

What version of the product are you using?
v1.3

Do you have an error log of what happened?
nothing

Please provide any additional information below.
also default group can't use /res set resname fly true/false
only ops can.

This plugin doesn't provide any /fly command, and doesn't allow or disallow it.

It only change player "allow flying" when entering or leaving residence.

Where did you get that idea?
