    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Admin create sign
    2. Player with permission to use only hits sign with axe
    3. Sign breaks

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I would expect a player that is not allowed to create a sign be prevented from destroying them too.

    1.2.1

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No error
