What steps will reproduce the problem?

2.I'm running a vpn server and i keep getting this in my console:

it just repeats (except its thread-3, thread4, etc).

I'm running vault, world edit, world guard, and iconomy. I'm just getting the server ready for a relaunch and have not used this plugin before and after searching for this couldn't find anything about how to fix it or what it meant, help please ?
