RegionRealtor
Simple commands allow players to buy, sell, and rent their property.
Property can be any WorldGuard Region.
To add a property to the current world's property list for a sale or rental:
/rr add {region} {sale|rent} {cost} {town}
To remove a property from the current world's property list:
/rr remove {region}
To buy a property from the current world's property list:
/rr buy {region}
To rent a property from the current world's property list:
/rr rent {region}
To list all property from the current world's property list:
/rr list
To list all property from the current world's property list that is for sale, rent, or rented:
/rr {sale|rent|rented}
To list all property from the current world's property list for a single town:
/rr town {town}
To list all property from the current world's property list for a single owner:
/rr owner {owner}
All transactions assign the users to and remove from any regions involved, and also add or deduct any money from the economy.
Requires WorldGuard, Vault, and an economy for Vault to connect to.
Permissions:
regionrealtor.buyer: Allowed to buy regions (default: true)
regionrealtor.realtor: Allowed to sell regions (default: true)
regionrealtor.tenant: Allowed to rent regions (default: true)
regionrealtor.landlord: Allowed to rent out regions (default: true)
regionrealtor.uselist: Allowed to use list command (default: true)
regionrealtor.useowner: Allowed to use owner command (default: true)
regionrealtor.usetown: Allowed to use town command (default: true)
regionrealtor.superowner: Manage any region (default: op)

To answer your first question I finally added the permissions to the page, please read above.
And for the second question, the plugin hasn't been tested with newer versions of Bukkit nor compiled with newer versions so it may have problems.
Try logging back in as the player who created the property and try the list command to see if it was even created.

Posted Nov 24, 2012Are there any kind of permission nodes? Say for instance I don't want my players to be able to add their regions to the sale/rent list. Is that possible? Or have you got this plugin automatically set up to where only admins and ops can put regions up for sale/rent?
Thanks for the awesome plugin btw. This is EXACTLY what I have been needing for my server. With 121 lots in a city for players to build on, this will make my life a LOT easier, lol.
***Update***
After testing this out on my server just now, I have run into a problem. When I add a region to the market /rr add lot001 sale 0 city And then I save the server, and then restart setting myself as a citizen instead of admin; I type in /rr list and it says that there are no properties listed. But I just added one, right? So when I type in /rr buy lot001 My server console is flooded with a TON of errors. Perhaps this plugin isn't working after all. :o(

If you mean create a new region then you would need a plugin to make regions, either directly through WorldGuard, or using another plugin like ProtectionStones, PropertyGuard, etc.

The region is yours indefinitely, each month RegionRealtor will debit your account the amount of the rent, until the owner of the property decides they don't want to rent to you anymore.

Simple Region Market is a good plugin, but I'm not trying to remake that plugin, the point of this one is the world based sortable lists of properties and the use of commands verses signs.

No sign support at all, there is already a good plugin for what you describe with sign support, check out Simple Region Market.
As an added note, the rentals are reoccurring (monthly), billed on the 1st day of the server's calendar month.
