• Added region specific flags
• Added command, monsterspawning and animalspawning flags
• Can customize the message displayed when a user tries to build in a protected region
• Fixed the bug where paintings and item frame could be broken/placed in a region

Even if a player has permission to build in a protected region they are unable to break any item frames or paintings.
