Stops players from referring users with the same IP. This is to prevent players from referring themselves with alternate accounts, especially when servers are running in offline mode.
Improved Leaderboard system.
Added /referrank. An alias for /referleader
/referinfo can no longer be executed from the console, unless a player has been stated.
Improved config layout
Variables such as {player} and {target} can now be used. {player} is the player who joined the game or used the command, and {target} is the player the command is being targeted to. E.g. {player} used /refer {target}.
