What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I'm trying to run a rsc channel
2. I type in the command "rsc test"
3. I get the error; unknown command

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The channel should be doing something

It keeps giving the "unkown command" error, creating signs is not working as well

If you get the message unknown command, there should be an error in the console. Please attach the stacktrace.

Have a look at the enabling process. Maybe the plugin is not initialized properly.
