    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.put this plugin in craftbukkit 1.3.1 R1.0
    2.boot it up
    3.it cannot start the plugin. it skip

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    that it cannot be startet becuase it is out date

    What version of the product are you using?
    the laterst

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no that is all

    Please provide any additional information below.
    it seem to be not working whit the current API
