    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. with a normal light circuit it will turn on quickly, but turning off takes several seconds.

    How many RedBlocks exist on the server? If there are some, do they have a lot of blocks attached to them? Also, how long is the redstone circuit? What does the circuit consist of (repeaters, comparators, etc)?
