What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Every time I try to create a portal, How could you reproduce it? No idea.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A saved teleporter. Error that doesn't save.  Confirmed that it actually does not save the new teleporter, upon server restart all new teleporters are gone, but do work until the restart.

What version of the product are you using?
Most recent. (double checked that first.)

Do you have an error log of what happened?:
[SEVERE] [RealTeleporter] Could not save plugins\RealTeleporter/teleporters.txt file

Please provide any additional information below.
This is a fairly recent development, until this, Rtel has never given me a problem once. Rtel was working as expected as late as yesterday morning.

Teleporters file saves each time you add or modify a teleporter.
- Check if you have a plugins/RealTeleporter folder. If not, create it.
- Please check you file / folders access rights ! If you are under linux, use chown to give these files to the same linux user that launches Minecraft.
