• CHANGE Perms & Commands :
  
• ADD /rb as [bank] [player] (realbanks.as) to open bank accounts as another player
  
• ADD /rb reload (realbanks.reload)
  
• ADD more languages (for title of helps, new commands)
  
• ADD /rb manager to list all specials commands like as, see, reload ...
  
• CHANGE some commands from the help list to go to the manager help list
  
• FIX Open/Close Chests
  
• ADD Improve Logs (for reading)
