Safe Teleport With Time

Whats this? There has always been a safe teleport option however it was very beta and wasn't right for everything. This has now been updated but is still in beta but the idea is x amount of seconds after teleporting if you suffocate you'll be teleported to the surface. X seconds is configurable in the config via the option SuffocationInvul, Provided SafeTeleport is true.
