Whats New?

• Added to the config, Now have WorldsExempt: to disable players ability of randomly teleporting there.
• Changed the way signs work. Now on the second line of a sign, Put the world you'd like them to randomly teleport in.
• Added to the safety of the plugin, Now you float down from above to allow more time for chunk loading.
• Added World function to commands. If you want to randomly teleport a player to a different world you can use /rc player {Name} {World} and they will teleport to World, This also applies to /rc all and portals! Do /help for more info.

Minor fixes.

If user spams command / sign, it can be used more than once.
May jitter in the ground, Just break block below.
Cant be used in Nether or end as of yet, Now disabled by default.
