Commands: - /rc portal create {portalname} - /rc portal delete {name}

Configuration: WorldBorder - If set to "True" players can't be teleported by this plugin out of the border

GriefPrevention - If set to true, Players can't be teleported into GriefPrevention claims

PlaySound - If set to true, the set sound will play on teleport

Sound - set this to one of these options Click Here For List

PlayEffect - If set to true, the particle effect will play on teleport

Effect - set this to one of these options Click Here For List

If user spams command / sign, it can be used more than once.
