Fixed: Books sending a null error - With Book & Quill's

Fixed: Detonate not applying

Added: Success and Destroy rates for 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 enchantments

Changed: Detonate book lore from "Pickaxe Enchant" to "Tool Enchant".

Hopefully fixed: Book dupe bug with enderchests and pv's

Hopefully fixed: Books being duped and item being lost when applying an enchant with the enchant already on item.

Reduced the size to about 504 KB! :D

Was going to update everyday, but wanted to get all the enchantments done.
