Fixed: Teleportation, Obsidian Destroyer, Armored, and Demonforged enchants sending a Null error when activated

Fixed: Lifesteal enchant not going onto Axes

Changed: Armored enchantment is now for all Armor (Was originally a Chestplate enchant)

Added: BlackScrolls! (Only for Legendary Enchantments, tell me if there's any bugs, then will add the other enchants)

Known Bug: Dragging the BlackScroll onto item, and reattaching the book will cause too fast can cause a dupe. This bug only occurs in CREATIVE mode, and applying a blackscroll will only work in SURVIVAL mode for right now.

Known Bugs: Enlighted enchant has a rare bug, that sends an "health must be between 0 and 32". Tell me when this occurs so I can find a fix. A Null error sent from something. Tell me if you can reproduce this, and I will find a fix.
