Quester

Quester is highly customizable plugin handling all kinds of quests. From simple "gather to get reward" quests, to complicated forked story-telling quests. What is even better, everything is customizable on-the-fly directly in game ! No more restarting/reloading your server every time to change something. Localizable messages, plenty of different, highly-customizable objectives, conditions, events and flags. NPC and sign support. All this together creates almost unlimited possibilities.
Found a bug? Have a suggestion? Sumbit a ticket.
Don't forget to specify Quester version you are using and label the ticket appropriately. Tickets without label will take longer to review or be ignored completely.
Latest DEV version should be working with recent minecraft versions. See dev builds.

I was trying to tell you there's no documentation. That's why there's nothing on the wiki.
I will look at why sound event is breaking quests, but it is most likely only a side effect of trying to create invalid sound event. Here's the list of valid sounds.
If I find anything obviously wrong with the sound event, I will create a ticket myself, otherwise I'll let you know to make one.
Edit: I quickly looked at the code, and I don't see anything obvious that would break objectives. If you have a way to consistently duplicate the bug, please post a ticket and provide as many details about recreating it as you can. Thanks.

Thank you for getting back to me. I tried your wiki link and searched google, but the wiki page shows up empty and google was no help. Is there another link for the wiki site then what you have listed on your bukkit?
I think there may be a bug with the sound event, not sure. I add the sound I want with /quester event add 31 sound mob.enderdragon.end here 5 1. It tells me the event has been added, but when I type /quester info, it doesn't show the event, only "null" in red at the bottom of that objective. If I don't saved my quest before adding the sound event all the objectives after that one are gone? Even doing a /quester reload and /quester info still shows the null and my objectives are still missing. The only way to show the objectives I saved before the sound event is doing a server reload. I tested it with another sound and it still did it?
Please let me know if you want me to submit a ticket.

Sorry about the confusion, I never really got to properly document development versions. (see wiki) Taming should work automatically for any tameable entity.
Smelt objective should be the same case, but I think you need to specify product of smelting, not the input.
Flag command does not work because it has been renamed to /q modifier. (/q mod) Flags are modifiers from version 0.7, which is not very well documented because it has not been "officially" released.
/q help is your best friend! You can even do things like "/q help <partial command>" to get only what you are looking for. Also, if you append "-d" at the end of help command, "deep" (recursive) help will be displayed. Good luck!

Thank you. One more question and I think I am set. :D I looked at the list of entities, do you think you will be able to add taming horses in the future? I tried to smelt raw fish, but it doesn't seam to work. It appears to be on the list of items? I also just recently tried your deathcancel flag. /quester flag add deathcancel and nothing appears but /q help. I am using your Aug 6th dev build.

There is no direct way.
Maybe having hidden death objective that would trigger teleport event and reset itself. Teleport event would need to be delayed because it needs to be run after respawn. This is not the most reliable solution unless you are forcing respawn for your players.
Another approach might be using plugin that handles spawnpoints, and using command events at various parts of the quest to set/reset player's spawn location.
The most optimal solution would be respawn occasion for events, or RESPAWN trigger, which are not implemented.

God I hate when people say "latest" of things.. It isn't always "latest" from when a comment/post is read, or even posted. Since I doubt everyone actually checks for updates of things right before they click "post". :P
You're missing Quester NPC plugin. That is what enables Quester to work with Citizens Traits.

ps. i use latest dev build from citizens 2 and spigot 1.8/1.7.10 protocol hack and your build 11

You should be fine both with latest release or a dev build. Dev build #6 or newer uses IDs, and build #11 uses new profile storage format. Conversion to a newer version is automatic in both cases. Latest dev build has been tested on MC 1.7.10 versions of bukkit, spigot, and cauldron.
You can still report bugs if there are any.

You have to quote all multi-word arguments "like this" or 'like this'.
Message is multi-word argument.
Ex: /q event add -3 "&c&lTutorial Guide&f: Hey! Need basics of RPG?"
