• action objective now listens to cancelled actions as well (e.g. in protected areas)
• quester trait now listens with normal priority

• fixed boss objective
• fixed break objective deserialization
• fixed npckill objective being completed after one kill
• fixed npckill objective progress message
• Quester now won't disable itself when no economy plugin is installed
• fixed npc objective not cancelling some other npc actions
• fixed onComplete events running too soon, preventing quest chaining
