    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.  Make a arena
    2. add spawns
    3.  starte game

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    When a player dies and respawns they do not have a hoe.

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.7.9

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    there was no error log
