• Changed the command structure a bit:
• * Now the toggle is /pyro toggle [player]
• * Added /pyro reload to reload the config from disk'
• Added 2 new permissions:
• * pyro.auto for automagically enabled flamethrower
• * pyro.reload for the /pyro reload command
• Config now has a boolean for the auto enable (if this is true, it will enable the flamethrower onJoin for all players with the pyro.auto permission)
• Added Metrics

The state of the toggle does not disappear when you don't have the permission (like when you are opped, and deopped after enabling it)
