A configurable feature that would make PwnPvpBalance detect who attacks first in a fight, then optionally not allow them to get a bonus or debuff based on their being the aggressor. This would make the plugin more of a defensive related system, otherwise noobs might abuse the system by repeatedly attacking another player making it harder and harder for them to be killed.
Config example
defense_mode: true/falsedefense_delay: 20
delay would be amount of time between a first attack and some sort of clear event...
